This page describes the information handled by Amplieri's website. Amplieri is a Novalieri Group company.
Fit Check
Answers in the Operations Audit Fit Check are saved in local storage in your browser until you clear them. The Fit Check does not send those answers to Amplieri. Its optional email action opens a draft in your email app; you choose whether to send that draft and what it contains.
Contact messages
If you submit the Contact form, your name, email address, message, and optional company name are sent to Amplieri through this site's Vercel function and its configured Resend mail service. The site does not save the form contents in browser storage. The function returns an accepted status only after the mail service accepts the message; that status does not confirm inbox delivery.
Contact messages are handled as email. This page does not state a fixed retention period. To ask about a message or request privacy assistance, email info@novalierigroup.com.
AI conversation
The site offers an optional text-only chat with an Amplieri AI assistant. The chat panel opens directly from the chat button and shows a short notice that you are chatting with AI. Nothing connects until you send your first message; sending it starts the conversation. Messages you send are shared with ElevenLabs and its third-party model providers to run the conversation, and the conversation may be recorded. Do not share information you do not want recorded. This page does not state a fixed retention period.
Browser verification
The Contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a submission comes from a browser. The verification token is sent to Cloudflare for validation and is not stored in browser storage or included in the message email.
